Living in a 1935 home in midtown, has increased my appreciation for older homes and neighborhoods. However, depending on my clients needs, many times the affordability and function of homes in Natomas, West Sac.,Carmichael, Fair Oaks are better suited for their lifestyles. At the end of the day my clients benefit from my extensive market knowledge of homes and neighborhoods.
